Terms and Conditions
By booking a room with the Carrollton Hotel & Event Center you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Reservations require a valid credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover), email and mobile phone number. Carrollton Inn Hotel will not accept check payments. Guests are able to pay cash at the time of arrival with a hold equal to the stay total being placed on their credit card for the duration of their stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book a reservation.
We will do our best to honor your room and bed type preferences based on availability at the time of stay. Please note that room and bed type preferences are not a guarantee.
Advance purchased (non-refundable) rates require a full deposit of room and tax at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Advance purchased rates will not be canceled or modified. These modifications include date changes and shortening or lengthening of stays.
Hotel check-in is at 2:00 p.m. CST. Check-out is at 11:00 am CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
Reservations that are NOT Advance purchased (non-refundable) rates must be canceled 24 hours prior arrival - 2:00 p.m. CST to avoid a charge of 1 night’s room and tax.
Reservations can be cancelled by calling 712-792-5600.
A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. If the credit card paying for the room is not present at check-in, a credit card authorization form must be filled out prior to arrival. Your method of payment will be authorized for the length of stay - nightly rates plus taxes with an additional incidental amount of $1.00. The final amount of your stay will post at check-out.
Minimum check-in age is 21.
You are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages (including missing items) to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. Should your plans require you to adjust your departure date, please check with the Front Desk on room availability, but note that your rate is subject to change.
The Carrollton Hotel & Event Center does not share customer information and credit card transactions to comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. If you would like to review, correct, update, or delete Personal Information that you have previously provided to us, you may contact us at 712-792-5600 or via email at info@carrolltoninn.com
The Carrollton Hotel & Event Center is a smoke-free and pet-free facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations.
The Carrollton Hotel & Event Center institutes quiet hours in order to accommodate all of our guests. A disturbance fee of $100 may applied for violating this policy.
Your credit card will be kept on file to guarantee your reservation.
1 night's fee will be charged for cancellations made after 10/16/25 2:00 PM local hotel time.
